We met in the traditional 2019 fashion, a dating app. I reached out with the ever so witty, "Hey how's it going?" and he responded. After chatting for about a week Steve asked me to get lunch at Barrio and I accepted. He won me over by telling me he had written a children book and had once taken a trip to Pennsylvania for Ground Hogs Day. Our conversation revealed that he used to have wrestling meets at my high school and that we went to the same concerts. We had been so close so many times and never met, but now that we had we quickly started spending all of our time together and haven't looked back.
