We have not done a room block but there's no shortage of hotels and airbnb's downtown, where we recommend our guests stay! Everything is pretty close and walkable. There will be a shuttle service from downtown Asheville on Sunday that will take everyone to Camp Rockmont. 

Guests can either fly into Asheville regional airport (pretty small) or rent a car and drive from the Charlotte or Greenville-Spartanburg airport.
