Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible or by January 10, 2024

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes, you can find our registry on the registry tab of this website. You may notice we have limited the physical gift options as we have lived together and satisfied a lot of the needs over the years. We have, however, indicated some cash funds for some exciting things coming up in our lives. If you would like to contribute to our future in that way instead, it would certainly be appreciated!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Doors are at 4:30, there is a bar inside for mingling. Please arrive by 4:45 pm as the ceremony will begin at 5 pm promptly.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The required dress code is formal; black tie is optional. Dress to impress! Please do not come in casual wear such as denim. Feel free to wear black or other dark clothes as they will fit in with our moody winter theme. Women: floor length gowns, fancy cocktail dresses, or dressy pant suits. Men: formal suits or tuxedoes.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome, but not encouraged. The drinks will be flowing so we can't promise they won't see some off-duty adulting.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please see our Travel tab for our recommendations. We are working on setting up a hotel block, but apparently, since Covid, the process has changed making it quite the obstacle. We will keep the website updated as things change in regard to this.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is valet parking for $8. Complimentary parking is on the top floor of The Pointe Parking Garage across the street.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No. Our recommended hotels are within walking distance, the furthest being less than half a mile away. If you choose to drive, there is parking on site.

Question

What is the weather like in February in Florida?

Answer

Florida in February is an escape from the summer blazing heat without the harsh winter. As we approach into the spring months, Florida can be temperamental. You may see a high of 78 F one day and 55 F the next. Typically, it is a clear warm day with a cooler night with a few cold days in between.
