When should I RSVP by?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, cocktail or formal. No need for black tie, but we would prefer if you didn't come in jeans.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited venue space, we ask that you only bring the people listed on your invite.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

Yes and no. During the ceremony we ask that you keep all phones off, our photographer will capture everything. However, during cocktail hour and the reception please feel free to take as many photos as you would like!

Are kids welcome?

This will be an adults only event, so please leave any kids at home!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Our caterer will accomodate for any dietary restriction, please just note that in your RSVP or message one of us if you would like additional confirmation!

Dinner and Drinks?

Answer

We will be providing a plated meal so please choose your option during RSVPing (p.s. the vegetarian option is delicious!). The bar is completely open: beer, wine and mixed drinks are all on us! Shots are on you!

How far away is the reception from the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will take place at the Old Courthouse which is just across the street from Ethereal Confections where both the reception and cocktail hour will be held. The cocktail hour will be in the basement speakeasy (Emerson and Oliver) and the reception will be held upstairs in the loft space. This means that you will only need to find parking for the ceremony and after that you will be able to walk to each location!

Where is the honeymoon?

Answer

We will be honeymooning in New Zealand! We will also briefly stop over in Australia so that Jess can cuddle a koala, something that has apparently become a non-negotiable :)
