Wedding Day Schedule
WEDDING DAY DETAILS
4:15 pm - Trolley service will be available for transportation from select hotels to wedding venue
5:30 - 6:00 pm – Wedding Ceremony at Ringling Ca’ d’Zan Mansion (terrace overlooking Sarasota Bay)
6:00 – 6:15 pm – Trolley service to transfer guests from Ca’ d’Zan Mansion to Ringling Museum
6:15 – 7:30 pm – Cocktail Reception at Ringling Museum Courtyard (Guests will be allowed to tour the Ringling Museum Gallery at a designated time during the Reception)
7:30 – 11:00 pm – Wedding Reception (dinner & live band) at Ringling Museum Courtyard
10:00 – 11:15 pm – Trolley Service will be available for transportation back to hotels
