All wedding events will take place at the St. Regis! We are happy to share we have a discounted room rate available. ** As of 3/14/2026, this room block is full. Please see below for other hotel options. ** We are happy to also offer a discounted rate of $449 per night on Tuesday, 9/29, Wednesday 9/30, Sunday 10/4 and Monday 10/5. If you wish to extend your trip in Park City, please call the St. Regis directly to add on these additional days at this discounted rate. Their in-house reservationists are available Mon-Fri from 9:00am-5:00pm MST at this number: 435-940-5858.
Flight
Park City is about a 35-40 minute drive from SLC airport. We recommend flying into SLC (many direct flights from both east and west coast) and taking an uber to PC.
Hotel

For the weekend, we will be offering transportation to and from the Hotel Thaynes for all wedding events. This rate is available from Wednesday 9/29 until Sunday 10/4. Travel Note
Park City is a very accessible town! If you want to explore the surrounding areas, you can rent a car at SLC but a car is not necessary. Ubers and free transportation (buses, trolleys) are readily available to get around PC. If you are staying at the St. Regis, they offer a free shuttle (via an app) to take you to and from Main Street.
