Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

You can request use of the shuttle from the hotel, but it is not private, or guaranteed. There are a TON of transportation options in Philly. Check out our Travel & Accommodations page for all the info you need.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A CONCERT THE SAME NIGHT IN THE MAIN HALL AT THE FILLMORE. ON-SITE PARKING WILL BE EXTREMELY LIMITED. Yes, check out our Travel & Accommodations page for all the info you need. HOWEVER, we're providing an open bar, so if you plan to partake, please plan safe and responsible transportation. Taxis, Uber, and Lyft are plentiful in our area.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Everything starts at 6pm. If you know Rich, he'll be early. If you know Jess, she'll be late. Choose your own adventure.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We say this in the most loving way possible, but we'd prefer you left the kids at home. We want our wedding to be your night off! We recognize that our venue is not particularly child-friendly, and want ourselves, along with all of our family and friends to enjoy themselves without worry. We hope that you will understand this decision and will still be able to join us.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you. We're hoping to keep the wedding as intimate as possible with only immediate friends and family present. We are only able to accommodate guests if they are listed on your invitation.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Jess is gluten-free, so we know the pain of not being able to eat while at events! The printed and online RSVP should ask you for dietary restrictions - if you've still got questions just let us know.

Are you only registered on Zola?

Answer

No! We also have an online registry with Amazon. It is linked at the bottom of the Zola registry page, or you can search for us in Amazon's wedding registry database.
