The bridesmaids will be wearing dusty blue dresses. The bride has asked guests to avoid dusty blue, but other hues of blue are okay to wear.
The chair lift staff will stop the chair lift for you to get on and off so that you don't have to get on while it is moving and they will help with any nerves or anxiety to the best of their ability. A last resort, is a car that takes you up a 4x4, bumpy, un-level dirt trail that may be worse than a slow moving chair lift. The car also takes 30 minutes, whereas the chairlift is only a 7-10 minute smooth ride.
The chairlift off of the ground is about 20-30 ft off the ground. It is a slow ride up, and takes about 10 minutes to the top. 4 people can sit in the chairlift together per chair.
Yes and no. Our wedding is all at Mount Cranmore Mountain Resort. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception however, will all be in different areas around Mount Cranmore. The ceremony site is planned to be at the top of Mount Cranmore. The chairlift for this is behind the building called the Fairbank Lodge. The cocktail hour and reception will be held back down the mountain via chairlift at the newly built Fairbank Lodge. Here there will be plenty of food, drinks, family, and dancing!
If it rains, everything will be held in the Fairbanks Lodge.
Yes! From 10-11 p.m. in the Alpine Cafe at Cranmore.
We love our nieces and nephews, and cousins, but we request that no children under 10 attend.
Yes! North Conway is very accommodating to pets. Most stores allow dogs inside, and not to mention, there are so many great walks/hiking trails to take them on too! Many hotels allow pets as well, there just may be an extra pet fee.
In order to insure everybody is up at the ceremony on time, we are adding a buffer so the ceremony can start right on time. Due to the number of guests that we have coming, we want to insure that everyone gets up on time and can find a seat.
The whole menu will be gluten free already, and you will have an opportunity to mark additional allergies on your RSVP if needed.
