FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 1st so we can finalize arrangements with our venue and caterer. You can RSVP by scanning the QR code on the back of your invitation or by visiting our website. If we haven’t heard from you by that date, we’ll assume you won’t be able to attend.

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceromony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you arrive by 3:15 PM to choose your seats. There will be open seating for the ceremony, but please reserve the first two rows on each side for our immediate family. The reception will take place at the same location immediately following the ceremony.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask our guests to dress in cocktail attire—a perfect balance between formal and casual! As a courtesy to the couple, we also ask that you please avoid wearing white.

Question

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony! We are more than happy for you to take photos/videos during the reception. Any photos/videos can be uploaded to our album. Simply scan our QR code that will be at the reception and upload your captured memories.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend, as we’re hoping to keep our celebration an intimate gathering with our closest friends and family.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We adore your little ones, but we’re only able to accommodate our immediate family. If your child’s name is not included on the invitation, we kindly ask that you enjoy this special occasion as a child-free evening.

Question

What will the parking situation be?

Answer

A large parking lot is available for our venue, but please note that there may be another wedding taking place at the mansion. Parking will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you need handicapped access please let us know! Handicapped-accessible parking will be provided near the field house—if you plan to use this, kindly reach out to Nate or Jess in advance.
