We strongly recommend booking your stay before the fall of 2025 in order to secure a room. Complimentary transportation will ONLY be provided to/from the venue from the Holiday Inn Express and August Lodge. If you miss the trolley, please plan on finding your own transportation to/from the venue. Public transportation (Ubers, Lyfts, taxis) are VERY few and far between, so please plan accordingly. Please note these accommodations are NOT pet friendly; if pet friendly is required, there are other hotels, Vrbo, and Air Bnbs (location is Cooperstown, NY) that may be available in the area.
