Are there room blocks at a local hotel?

Answer

Yes, we have a very small block of rooms at the Water Street Inn. Many of the local hotels have a price increase associated with blocking rooms for our special day, so we opted to provide our guests with multiple options at better rates for lodging. We recommend reserving a room ASAP as this is a very popular time of year in Stillwater!

Is there transportation to the venue?

Answer

Yes! Stillwater Trolley will be transporting guests to and from Camrose Hill Farms. The trolley will pick up at the Water Street Inn. The other hotels on the website are within walking distance of this location. Each shuttle can accommodate up to 34 guests. Times are as follows: Pick up - - 3:15pm - 4:00pm Drop off: - 8:45pm - 9:30pm - 10:15pm *Please arrive at pickup/drop off locations 5-10 minutes early to ensure transportation remains on schedule.

Are children invited?

Answer

Our wedding is an open flower farm with plans for a bonfire in the evening. The layout is not conducive to hosting a large number of children. Because of this, we are limiting the children invited to immediate family only.

What about parking?

Answer

Onsite parking is available at Camrose Hill Farms. Cars may be parked overnight if needed, but need to be moved by 9am the following morning. We recommend taking the trolley to and from the venue.
