FAQs

We can't wait for you to celebrate with us. RSVP by August 1 so we can get the party started!
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 1, 2025. This will help us stay on track with our vendors!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:10 PM, so we recommend arriving by 4:45 PM to allow time to park, find a seat, and get settled. Late seating won’t be available once the ceremony begins due to logistics (we can’t have people sneaking in behind the wedding party and photo-bombing the aisle shots). But really, we just want you to be part of the moment from the very start!

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our celebration will be adults-only. You may spot a few of Jess's nieces and nephews running around, but they are part of the wedding party and some of Jess's favorite people, so they have a special pass.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Put simply: we want you to look like you're going to a wedding! Not black tie, but not casual, just polished and celebration-ready. Dresses, skirts, dress pants, collared shirts are all a go.

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

There is free onsite parking at the venue. To access the parking lot, enter Improv Alley through 17th or 18th Street between I Street and J Street. There are also plenty of paid and unpaid street parking options.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’ve hired a professional photographer to capture all the special moments, so we kindly ask that guests keep phones and cameras away during the ceremony. It helps everyone enjoy the moment without distractions (and keeps our aisle photos looking great!). After the ceremony, feel free to take, share, and post all the photos you’d like. We’d love to see your fun candids from the celebration!

Question

What will we be dancing to?

Answer

That’s partly up to you! Our RSVP form includes a space for song requests. Go wild. But tasteful wild. Grandma’s coming.
