What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:00 pm. We ask that everyone be seated by 3:45 pm.

What's the best way to RSVP?

Answer

Please ether send the physical card included in your invitation via the mail or utilize this website to RSVP before September 1, 2025. If something comes up and you need to revise your answer after that date, please contact Jess or Michael directly.

Am I allowed to take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

While we love that you want to capture our special moments, but please allow the photographer to do their job. We will allow a small time window for you to take pictures. So please, no photography during the ceremony.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Huntsville is not known for having good public transportation. We would recommend renting a car or using services like Uber to navigate through the city.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

On average, the temperatures in November range from the 50s to the 70s with lows anywhere from the 30s to the 50s.

Is the wedding inside or outside?

Answer

Weather permitting, we are planning for the ceremony to by outdoors and the reception both inside and outside.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are keeping the dress code at a semi formal, no need for a tuxedo but please don't wear jeans.

We will need to wrap up the celebration by 9:30pm.

Will you be serving dinner?

Yes! We will be having hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, a dinner buffet, and dessert.
