Upon entry, every guest must show either proof of vaccination or proof of a negative PCR test result taken within 72 hours prior to the event.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors in the courtyard, and the reception will be held inside. Guests will be able to go outside in the courtyard throughout the reception.
As of May 13th, the CDC has announced that masks are not required to be worn for fully vaccinated guests however, those that are not vaccinated are still required to wear a mask unless they are eating/drinking or seated at their table. The venue has still requested that all guests must wear a mask when they approach the bar to order a drink. We will be providing masks onsite in case anyone needs an extra one.
The seating arrangement of our ceremony and reception will be consciously plotted to keep social distancing and smaller groups in mind. We will be following CDC guidance on social distancing while dancing, and will communicate this as we get closer. We ask that everyone does their part while mingling with other guests, and be conscious of distancing.
We will be providing hand sanitizer during the event.
We are working carefully with each one of our vendors to ensure that they will be compliant with the latest guidelines on the day of our wedding. This will include consideration of items such as style of food and drink service, staff mask/glove wearing, staff covid testing and temperature checks.
