A shuttle will run between the Delta hotel and the venue before and after the event. - Departures to the venue: 3:15PM and 4PM (ceremony starts at 4:30PM) - Return service: Shuttle will begin at 9:30PM and run through midnight, with the final departure at 12:00AM.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Please plan to arrive around 4:15 PM so you have time to park, get settled, and find your seat before the ceremony starts at 4:30 PM.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We’re having an unplugged ceremony. We’d love for you to be present with us in the moment — we promise to share photos afterward!
