Santa Barbara has its own airport (SBA). Closest major airport is Los Angeles (LAX--approximately 90 miles) but requires either a rental car or shuttle to get to Santa Barbara.

The ceremony and reception will be outdoors. Santa Barbara weather is usually pretty perfect--temperatures range from mid 50s at night to mid 70s during the day
We'd recommend a ride share from wherever you are staying but the venue does have a parking lot available. Cars can be left overnight and need to be picked up by noon Sunday
