Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We didn't register anywhere because our tiny apartment is already full! :) However, we are accepting money to go toward our honeymoon! We would love to have a once in a lifetime adventure, like the Galapagos or Portugal!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our colors are Dark Blue and Burgundy. Cocktail attire, for example; Button up shirts and slacks(blazer and tie optional), Cocktail, party dresses, long or short. Basically, no t shirts, polo shirts, jeans, or sneakers.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our wedding isn't going to be very kid friendly; with an unmanned mimosa bar and the majority of our celebratory night on the town, it would be easier for parents if arrangements were made for your child to stay home. We want you to have a fun night out on the town with us, and sadly we don't know any baby sitters in Asheville.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we do! For help with the nights of the 11th, 12th and 13th, check the Travel page on our website. We do recommend staying in Bryson City, NC the night before the ceremony, since it is an hour and a half from Asheville. The ceremony site is only roughly 5 miles from Bryson City.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are at the same location, which has quite a large parking lot. It would still be ideal to carpool if any way possible.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, there is not. We do recommend staying in Bryson City, NC the night before the ceremony. We would recommend renting a car if you are flying in, since the ceremony is an hour and a half from Asheville, where hopefully we will be having an awesome night on the town with you afterwards. :) The Homewood Suites, where we will be staying in Asheville, does have a shuttle service.
