Can I dress like a Star Wars character or wear a costume?

Answer

No, although the wedding is Star Wars-themed it is still a wedding. The attire is Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Note: Uneven ground. Heels are not recommended. No, aunque la boda tiene un tema de Star Wars, sigue siendo una boda. El atuendo es semiformal: se aceptan smoking y vestidos, al igual que trajes y vestidos de cóctel. Can I bring my own lightsaber?

Answer

Since this wedding is being hosted by the Empire, only sabers with red blades are welcome. Any other color and the troopers might open fire (Don't worry, they always miss). Will the ceremony and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both ceremony and reception will be taking place outdoors in a field of grass surrounded by trees. As the sun goes down it might get a little chilly. It is recommended to bring with you a jacket or coverup to stay warm. Tanto la ceremonia como la recepción se llevarán a cabo al aire libre en un campo de césped rodeado de árboles.
