Assateague Island National Seashore
Our first date was a beach bonfire here! We also got engaged by the bay! This is our #1 favorite place. Go look for the wild ponies, pelicans, shorebirds, sika deer and other wildlife! Sunrise by the ocean and sunset by the bay are incredible. A beach bonfire is one of our favorite things to do. There are also a couple of easy nature walks with boardwalk trails that lead to beautiful views.
Ocean City Boardwalk
Get a big bucket of Thrashers fries and a milkshake from Dumser's! Play some arcade games, buy some souvenirs, people watch, look for shells by the water…whatever your heart desires!
Salisbury Zoo
Our local zoo. Fun and free!
Island Creamery
Where we went immediately after getting engaged! Best spot for ice cream around. Right on Main Street in downtown Berlin, a super cute place to walk around and spend some time. Jon’s favorites are Snickers or orange cream. Jessie’s favorites are Oreo, birthday cake, or PB+J. Voted Best Ice Cream in America by USA Today!
Rise Up Coffee
Great locally owned coffee shop for a little caffeinated treat. (There are also a couple locations in Salisbury if you find yourself there.)

Delicious breakfast/lunch spot. Ask about the pipeline!
