Please arrive to the venue by 4:45 p.m. to mingle and find seating before the ceremony starts promptly at 5 o'clock p.m. Please take into account the time that it will take you to park and walk to the venue if you are utilizing street parking (see parking below).
As the venue is in downtown, we recommend using Uber/Lyft. If you prefer to drive, car-pooling is recommended and street parking or parking garages can be found nearby for a fee.
We kindly request cocktail attire to help us celebrate in style. For men, we recommend a suit or blazer with a dress shirt and tie. For women, we recommend cocktail, midi, or knee-length dresses or dressy separates. Please avoid wearing shades of white, ivory, and cream.
We love your little ones, but due to space restrictions we cannot accommodate guess under the age of 21 on our wedding day. This is an adults only event, with the exception of our two nieces who are a part of the wedding party.
Unfortunately, due to limited venue capacity, only those listed on the invitation are welcome to attend.
Please let us know what your allergies or dietary restrictions are in the designated section of your RSVP so we can coordinate an alternative menu option with our venue. We want you to feel comfortable and well fed!
We kindly ask that you help us keep our wedding ceremony "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos during our wedding ceremony. We want our guests to be truly in the moment with us during this special day, so we have hired professional photographers to capture the moments and will be sure to share!
Our ceremony and reception will be held indoors in the La Florida Ballroom at Red Mesa. The cocktail hour will be held outdoors at the DeSanto Rooftop bar. While it is outdoors, the rooftop bar is covered, shaded, and has plenty of large fans!
