CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are unable to accomodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope or your RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

ARE CHILDREN INVITED?

Answer

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding due to space. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, and teens. Please refer to the RSVP to see if we are able to accommodate your children. If we are unable to accommodate your children, we hope you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!

DOES THE HOTEL OFFER EARLY CHECK-IN?

Answer

Unfortunately, the hotel does not offer scheduled early check in. If you want early check in, they recommend calling the morning of to request early check in and they will try to accommodate. If you would like to take the shuttle, but are not able to get an early check in, you may park in the hotel parking lot, take the shuttle, and check in after the wedding is over.

AM I ABLE TO LEAVE MY VEHICLE AT THE VENUE OVERNIGHT?

Answer

If you decide to leave your vehicle at the venue, it will need to be moved no later than 12pm the next day (Sunday 9/24/23).

Question

WILL THE CEREMONY & RECEPTION BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at The Gathering Place. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outside in front of the gazebo and the reception will be held inside. If raining, both will be held inside.
