Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you please arrive ~15-20 min before the ceremony is set to start to give everyone time for parking and getting settled in your seats

Question

What if I show up late to the ceremony?

Answer

No worries! The coordinator may ask you to hang back for a sec if I’m about to walk down the aisle, but after that she’ll be happy to usher you in😁

Question

The ceremony will be an ‘unplugged ceremony’, what does that mean?

Answer

As the wedding ceremony gets ready to start, we ask that you please turn off/silence your phones so as to not have any ringtones accidentally go off. As well as please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so as to not risk unintentionally blocking our photographers shot. Thank you in advance❤️

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask you please rsvp by April 17th, 2024

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

When you RSVP, your invitation will specify the number included in your party. We ask that you please refrain from bringing any extra people as we have already planned for a specific number of people to accommodate for dinner and drinks. Thank you!

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we kindly ask you leave them at home. This will be a child-free event and we want everyone to relax and celebrate knowing your little ones are home safe and sound🤍 This includes not having kids in the surrounding cabins on site. The cabins are very close and are all relatively within ear-shot. We appreciate your understanding 🤍

Question

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes! Parking is available on site and is free of charge!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! However, should you wish to contribute to our honeymoon fund, a wedding card can be dropped in our card box at our reception

Question

Will there be assigned seating?

Answer

Yes! This is primarily just for dinner, after that please feel free to go mingle with family and friends!

Question

Do I have to get a cabin?

Answer

No, cabins are only encouraged because we wanted everyone to have a convenient and comfortable walk to the nearest bed after celebrating with us🤍 there will be an open bar and we want everyone to make it home safely

Question

What is the attire?

Answer

We’d love to have our family and friends dress up with us! So we are requesting that all of our guests dress in formal attire. The ceremony and reception will be outdoors and the venue has a rustic charm that comes with some natural landscaping that is absolutely beautiful, but does have some uneven surfaces. Ladies please choose your heels carefully so you’ll be looking and feeling good for the day with us😁Also, please avoid short dresses, thank you!

Question

What color are the bridesmaids wearing?

Answer

All of my bridesmaids will be in various shades of olive💚

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

On average, Lake Arrowhead has a high of 76 degrees Fahrenheit and a low of 48 degrees Fahrenheit for the month of June. From personal experience on visiting the venue, it usually is cloudy in the morning (June gloom) then clears up to sunny skies before noon and feels nice and fresh throughout the day and ends with a nice, crisp night. We’ll have a propane fire pit available to help keep you warm!
