My friendship with Jess began over 23 years ago in preschool. We’ve bonded over playing dress ups in Drummoyne, eating endless amounts of chocolate, dominating board game nights and watching every scary movie possible. We’ve been by each other’s side through life’s highs and lows. Jess is the warmest, kindest and most loyal person I have ever known. It has been a privilege to watch Jess and Jackson’s love story from the beginning and I cannot wait to stand by Jess’ side on their special day.

It all started in high school. Our teenage years were spent at Empire Bay, sippin pepsi max and playing video games. We became soccer sensations, danced at copious birthday music festivals, and created a friendship that will last a lifetime.

After 23 years of friendship, Jess is really more of a sister. Fortunate that our mums had the same taste in preschool and dance studios, many of my best and most formative memories are with Jessie May. From msn, backyard photoshoots and the time Zac Efron looked at me and smiled (don’t listen to her claims that this didn’t happen). I’m lucky to have spent my whole life by her side!

Most guys wouldn’t be stoked when you find out there’s a new bloke dating your sister, especially when you find out it’s one of your mates! However this is the exception. From going to the same uni, playing in the same football team and traveling together, we’ve had some great memories, and looking forward to making some new ones!

Howdy, I’m Grae, Jackson’s west coast friend. We originally met in Brisbane in 2016 after an introduction through mutual friends. Jackson and I hit it off immediately, bonding over our shared love of rapping to Mac Miller and crying to James Blunt... Soon after meeting we became neighbours and the shenanigans continued. Jackson migrated back to Sydney and me back to Perth, however, we stay in touch because mad dogs gravitate.

Jess and I were 10 when we met and immediately became close friends, spending hours doing one of our favourite activities - SingStar (she always won of course). Fast forward 14 years, living with Jess was like a warm hug. Coming home to delicious meals, mid-week wines and a live in life coach. Jess’ nickname may have evolved over the years from “Messy Moo” to “Messy Jessie”, but her kind and generous heart remains the same. Jackson, also an avid singer, has been a perfect partner, enabling Jess’ light to shine even brighter together.
