We met in school, specifically 8th grade. We’ve seen one another in the hallways and at lunch but never spoke until we had 2 classes together; Social Studies & Science. Ian decided his first hello to me would be to wrap a single strand of my hair to the back of my chair (note these were the metal chairs with the connected desk!) - ouch! Then it was spit balls across the room in science class; what fun. We went our separate ways until the summer before senior year. We dated, went to prom and had a couple beach vacays. We were having a good time until... he said he was moving... to Georgia!! About a year and a half later I was moving down to Georgia. Crazy!?! I know! Probably the hardest thing for me to do was to leave my family, but I told myself this would be a good challenge! If I can make it on my own with out them, then I can do anything! Well 8 years later still in Georgia with our own house, great jobs and our fur baby Nala! And if you’re reading this, some how some way you played a role in our lives and we just want to say Thank You!!!
