Smackdab in the middle of downtown it offers different levels of restaurants. Great views overlooking the bay and lots to walk around and enjoy all that downtown has to offer. Even has a small aquatic life exhibit.
Hands down the best mall to go to. It is massive and comes with regular and designer stores, a big food court, and several restaurants nearby.
