Question

What's the Wifi situation like?

Answer

Upon finishing customs at the airport and exiting, you will see a ZAIN kiosk. Everyone speaks English. Just ask for ZAIN (Jordan’s AT&T) Jordan is very expensive, but a few things are still very cheap. For $15, you'll get a SIM card with 1000 minutes, and something like 6 GB of internet (more than you'll need for the week). I recommend every single couple do that at least. It will make this trip way easier to have constant cell service for coordinating, exact pin drop locations for everyone to use for Uber, things like details about when to meet in lobby for leaving to Dead Sea, staying in touch with family, FaceTime, iMessage, emails, etc. You just switch out your SIM cards for the week, and as most of you know, nothing changes on your phone and you can use every app the exact same except you won't be able to receive calls on your old number of course. Every visitor that's done this has said it was a lifesaver! No more looking for Wifi!

Question

What's the dress code in Jordan?

Answer

Feel free to wear whatever you like in Jordan; it is not a conservative country at all. You will want to sport light colored summer clothing (WHITE, tan, light blue, soft pink, etc.) and linens as it will be super sunny by day. Expect a cool breeze by night.

Question

What should I expect as far as transportation?

Answer

We will accommodate transportation for the excursions! Anything inside Amman, it's like your in NYC or any big city. Uber is always within a few minutes, very cheap. All drivers are very professional and all will speak English. So please Uber to Church Ceremony and Grand Hyatt Hotel.

Question

Where will we stay and when? How much will this cost?

Answer

We are working on getting you the best deal possible. Message Elias if you're interested in staying in the Martian Camp ($360) a night, for the one Night we will spend in Wadi Rum. We will all be together during the day, so those who want to experience the martian camp (as Elon Musk recently did!! - See Insta), will go there to sleep. Dinner and breakfast included. Since there's only 15 domes at the martian camp, everyone else will be at Bait Ali.

Question

What to expect at Bait Ali Camp in Wadi Rum!

Answer

$50 - $60 a night, including dinner and BYO beer, wine, liquor, drinks!!! so PLEASE grab your favorite bottles at Duty Free when you arrive since we can bring our own to Bait Ali camp!

For all the days along the way
