What precautions and safety measures are being put in place regarding COVID?

Answer

The health and safety of our family and friends is top priority. We want to celebrate this amazing day in the safest way possible. Here are a few ways on how we are making that possible: • The Wedding Ceremony will be held outside in the beautiful North Lawn. Rows will be spaced for proper social distancing. • All Baltimore Country Club staff will be masked and wearing gloves. • There will be no self-serve buffets – a masked and gloved staff member will assist guests with food and drink service. • Normal capacity of the clubhouse is 500 people. Even if our wedding is attended by all who are invited, we will still be under 25% capacity and will have LOTS of space to spread out and enjoy the evening. • There are multiple rooms, and both indoor and outdoor areas for you to spread out and safely enjoy the fun, food, drink, music and so much more. • We ask that masks be worn at all times while you are not seated, eating or drinking.

Both the Bride and the Groom are fully vaccinated! We will have customized facemasks available for all guests. Both practical, and will look great in photos!

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-formal attire is requested. Please note that Baltimore Country Club does not permit denim of any kind, so we ask that you please not wear jeans in any form, which includes denim or jean jackets. Also a reminder that the ceremony will be outside. With April weather, you never know what that means!

Is there parking available near the ceremony and reception venue?

Answer

Baltimore Country Club normally has complimentary valet parking available for all guests, however due to COVID we ask that all guests self park. There is ample parking in the lot in front of the building and street parking.

Will there be transportation to and from the hotel?

Answer

We won't have a shuttle, but BCC is located only 7 miles from the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront.

What time is check-in at the hotel?

Answer

The wedding ceremony starts at 5pm. I have informed the Baltimore Waterfront Marriott and they are happy to accommodate any early check ins. Please call and specifically request an early check in for the day of your arrival. They have also recommended a mobile check in upon your arrival, as that will speed up the process.
