They met in one of LA's downtown bars. On their first date, he introduced her to Peruvian cuisine. She loved it! They spend the next summer months in Hermosa Beach, hanging out on The Strand. There they would hit the local bars, improve their running time, take a dip in the ocean, and now walk their beloved dog Luna.

Four years later on Christmas Eve, Carlos suggested they take an evening walk on The Strand with Luna. He took his new drone to try and capture it all but he couldn't get it working. Maybe he was nervous? As they walked by the pier's Christmas tree, they decided to stop for a picture. They posed, he turned towards her, then got down on one knee. It was unexpected. She was speechless, but eventually said "YES". They are fortunate to have each other and loved ones who wish them a lifetime of bliss. They hope you can celebrate with them. See you in PV!
