FAQs

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We kindly ask for your RSVP prior to June 1, 2023. This will allow for us to uphold our contractual obligations to the venue on final guest counts and give us enough time to prepare for you!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, this will be an adult only event. We love the kiddos but due to space constraints we won't be able to accommodate the additional guests. We also would like for all the parents to take a night off and enjoy themselves-- Bride and Groom included, Caleb will make his grand exit early into the reception :)

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Again, due to space constraints we won't be allowing any additional guests. Your invitation/online RSVP will advise if you have a plus one.

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are not registered anywhere but instead have created a money fund to go towards our honeymoon! The virtual cash fund can be found on our "Wedding Registry" tab and a card box will be available at the reception.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that our guests dress in semi-formal or cocktail attire for the ceremony and reception.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a dedicated parking lot for guests to park at The Cathedral of St. John. Street parking is also available surrounding the church. Hotel Andaluz allows wedding guests to use their valet service free of charge for day use only. Any guests staying overnight will have to pay for valet service. Additional parking is available in the parking garage or street parking surrounding the hotel as well.

Question

Can guests take photos with their phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We would love for you to take photos/videos and share them on our wedding website or social media. We do ask to please be mindful of our photographer and having your phones visible in her shots.

Question

How will food and drinks be served?

Answer

We plan to have hors d'oeuvre's available along with an open bar for cocktail hour. A plated dinner will begin being served at 6 P.M. A cash bar will be readily available throughout the reception as well.
