What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Arrive 15 minutes (3:45 PM) or so before the official ceremony start time so you can get settled before the proceedings.

Are children able to attend?

Due to the nature of the venue, this will be a kid-free event. We understand that accommodations will need to be arranged before and we appreciate you understanding.

Will there be an open bar at this event?

Answer

ABSOLUTELY! Full service bar, during set hours. Please note that during certain times throughout the event, the bar will not be in service (during speeches and special dances, etc..). This is for 21+ guest ONLY. If you are not 21 of age or older, you are asked to refrain from the bar and adult beverages.

Are pets allowed at the hotel?

Answer

If you are staying at the wedding hotel, yes dogs are allowed but not during the event. Other restrictions and fees apply, please contact the hotel before bringing your pets.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal /cocktail. Please, no jeans, hats, and sandals.
