Brian and Jess’ story started at Montclair State University, where they often crossed paths through mutual friends, parties, and campus events before eventually becoming close friends themselves. After plenty of persistence from Brian, Jess agreed to a first date, and the rest was history. On April 18, 2015, Brian officially asked Jess to be his girlfriend after a day out with friends, celebrated with a shared McDonald’s Cookies & Cream McFlurry. Over the years, they met and bonded with each other’s families, moved to Jersey City together in 2019, and shortly after became proud dog parents to their beloved Blue. In 2020, they traded city life for the suburbs to be closer to family, closer to the beach, and to finally give Blue a yard of his own. Brian and Jess have reached many milestones as a couple, and in 2025, Brian popped the question. Madly in love and newly engaged, they were overjoyed to start planning for this new chapter together. Little did they know they’d be inviting a very special plus one to the wedding. The couple was blessed with their beautiful son, Finn Patrick Cullen, in November 2025, and he has been the light of their lives ever since. And now, at last, the wedding day is approaching...they couldn't be more excited to celebrate their love with the people who mean the most to them. See you on the dance floor!
