Question
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony and reception will both be outside at Avanti Mansion's Garden Venue. The ceremony will involve walking over grass, steps, and will be unshaded. If it rains the ceremony will be relocated in the nearby waterproof tent where the reception is held.

Parking
Answer
Please park in the gravel lot associated with the garden venue. When you pull in and approach the fountain, the gravel lot is to the right. Cars may be parked in this lot overnight. Please be safe and plan to Uber that night if you need to leave your car behind. Please do not park in front of the Amore Building as this is intended for separate weddings.

What Should I Wear?
Answer
Garden attire, but ultimately whatever you feel most comfortable in! This is a semi-formal dress code. Some tips for garden attire include: Men's attire -- A light-colored suit is a good option. You can also wear slacks with a sport coat. Women's attire -- A dress, jumpsuit, or floral print are all good options. Avoid stiletto-type shoes and pick sandals or flats so your heels don't sink into the grass. Block heels or wedges are also a good option.

What time should I arrive to the wedding?

Please join us starting at 4:30 PM, our ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM.

Where is the reception being held?
Answer
Our ceremony and reception will both be held at the same location. We will have our ceremony in the garden, then continue the celebration just a few shorts steps away under the outdoor tent!

Day-Of Timeline
Answer
Guests may arrive at the Avanti Mansion starting at 4:30 PM. The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM. Our cocktail hour will begin immediately following the ceremony, in the tent located on site. The music and open bar will continue until 11:00 PM.

What's for dinner?
Answer
We will be serving a buffet style dinner. Here is the menu: Sliced Grilled Steak with mushroom demi-glace, Honey Dijon Chicken with a honey dijon cream sauce, Vegetable Lasagna, Garlic Smashed Potatoes, Salad, Lemon Mint Pea Orzo Salad, Fresh Vegetables.
