No. We are excited to share this weekend with people who mean the most to us and we want you to be able to have a break from the kiddos and let loose. Call up Grandma... no kiddos allowed.
Parking is limited on the island. If you are staying at either hotel there will be spots for you to keep your rental cars there for the weekend as there is no additional parking at the Wedding house. If you will be renting a VRBO house there will be spots for you to park there. We will have transportation to and from the hotels for the ceremony and reception. If you are flying into Wilmington we will have people available to pick you up to save on parking and having to pay for rental cars. Parking will be extremely limited at the beach house. Please let us know in advance if you will be needing a spot, otherwise we plan to keep the driveway available.
Yes. We will have multiple golf carts available to take you to the ceremony and back when you are all partied out.
We set the wedding up this way so we can relax and enjoy everyone's company Saturday and Sunday until people head home. We will have a brunch Saturday morning at the Wedding house for anyone who is in town and wants to join. We will have snacks and sandwich stuff for lunches, and we will plan to just order pizzas Saturday night. If people want to go and explore and eat dinner out, that works too. There are tons of delicious local restaurants and fun things to do. Plan on eating, drinking, relaxing and being pool and ocean side for a few days while enjoying each others company.
Your love, laughter, and company on our wedding day is the greatest gift of all that you could give to us. Please do not worry about a gift. We are beyond excited to be able to share such a special day and weekend with the people we love so much.
We will have the house fully stocked with snacks, breakfast food, fruits, veggies, sandwich stuff, hot dogs, hamburgers, waters, Gatorades, and frozen food galore. You can eat any of that food while you are there but we will also have a list and a map of local places you can walk to for coffee, lunch, dinner etc.
If you are outside or in your room, you do not need to have a mask on. If you are in a common area we are asking that you please wear your mask.
There will be masks and individual hand sanitizers that will be apart of your welcome bags. We will also have hand sanitizer, Lysol wipes and extra hand soap throughout the house. We will try to use paper products rather than rewashing dishes in the house. If you ever feel uncomfortable please find Brad or myself and we will address the situation.
We will have the house stocked for the weekend. The night of the ceremony (December 4th) we will have a bartender poolside. Drinks are included but please bring cash to tip her for taking care and dealing with us.
