What about COVID?

Answer

Masks and bracelets will be provided to all guests. To keep everyone as safe and comfortable as possible, we will be using a color-coded bracelet system. Guests will choose their own bracelet colors, which represent their comfort levels: RED: Kindly keep your distance, but I am smiling at you from behind my mask! YELLOW: I am comfortable in a group, but please no hugging or physical contact. GREEN: Let's celebrate! Other precautions we are taking include: -Tables at the reception will be 6' apart -Seating at the ceremony will be flexible for those who prefer to stay 6' apart -Personal contact will be limited throughout the ceremony and the initial, formal portions of the reception -All staff will be wearing masks and gloves -A member of the catering staff will be assigned to full time cleaning & sanitizing duty It has been a hard year for everyone, so we cannot wait to celebrate love and togetherness, while respecting everyone's comfort level!

What is the dress code?

Answer

You be you! We want you to be comfortable (and get ready to dance)! The wedding is outside in October, so the weather should be mild. You may be walking on grass, so ladies keep that in mind. Suits are absolutely NOT required or expected for men. If you need a more specific answer, think cocktail attire.

How many people are attending?

We expect to have roughly 120 guests.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We are hoping our wonderful parents can enjoy a night off and celebrate with the adults! Please, no children under 16.

Where do I park for the wedding?

Answer

If you are planning to drive and park, please park at: Livingston Lodge 9350 Given Rd., Cincinnati A shuttle will be provided to take you approx 1/2 mile to the wedding venue. If you're being dropped off, you can go directly to the wedding venue.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

We will have buffet stations to accommodate a variety of dietary needs!
