Please note that per the Palos Verdes Bay Club HOA: Parking of outside guests and vendors is limited to Coastsite Drive (public street), and designated "Guest Parking" or unmarked parking on Seagate Drive. In no event shall guests or vendors park in reserved resident parking spaces.
