FAQs

The Wedding Website of Jess Rudolph and Andrew Boyd
Question

What is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Because of the deadline on our cabin blocks, we would love to know if you are attending by June 5th, 2026. We need to have all lodging booked by June 25th. You can RSVP on the last tab of this website!

Question

Are the kids invited?

Answer

Yes! We plan to have some activities for the kiddos so they can have a fun time too. Reach out if you have Qs about accommodations if you're bringing them along.

Question

What's the weather going to be like?

Answer

Hopefully in the 60s during the day, dropping into the 50s in the evenings. Fall will just be getting going! Layers recommended. Could be wet, as it is Oregon in the fall.

Question

What's the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Fancy-ish! No black tie needed, but feel free to wear dresses, suits or anything that makes you happy. Sweaters or jackets for later on is a good idea. That said, we would love as much color as possible from our guests attire to compliment the dark browns and greens our venue and the forest provides. Weather permitting, the ceremony & cocktail hour will be outdoors in the grass.

Question

Will there be a shuttle from Smith Creek Village to the Foothills Ranch?

Answer

No, we will not be having a shuttle. The drive from the village, up to the ranch is about 7 minutes away. There's space for up to 30 cars at the ranch, we recommend carpooling up there with whoever you rented a car with!

Question

What's the schedule of the weekend again?

Answer

Sunday at 6pm we will have a low key welcome dinner up at the Foothills Ranch. A pre-wedding gathering for everyone to start mingling. All are welcome! Monday is the big day! Ceremony starts at 4:30pm, please arrive no later than 4:15. Followed by a cocktail hour, then dinner! Games! A big ol' dance party! All wedding events are at the same place: The Foothills Ranch. Weather permitting, ceremony & cocktail hour will be outdoors. Bar & DJ stops at 10, but we plan to keep it going for whoever isn't ready for bed yet with Bluetooth speakers. Tuesday morning we'd love to send everyone off with a little breakfast. Grab yourselves a coffee from the Big Leaf Market and head over to the Blueberry Cabin for some brekkie bites before you hit the road, hop on a plane or maybe stay in the park for some more hiking!
