No, summer casual clothing is suggested. We strongly recommend bringing bathers if you would like to utilise the pool with us!
Absolutely. Please let us know your dietary requirements in your RSVP. Our catering team will then be in touch with you in the weeks prior to the event, to make sure they create you the meal of your dreams. We will also use this information for the recovery.
We kindly request that our wedding day be an adults-only celebration. However, children are more than welcome at the recovery celebration on the Saturday.

Please arrive from 3:30pm, to ensure you have plenty of time to park, wander the gardens and find your seat. The ceremony will get underway at 4pm SHARP. Just a reminder that navigation apps do not include the final 10 minute drive from the gate to the venue in their estimated travel time, so please allow a little extra time in your journey to ensure you arrive relaxed and on schedule.

Yes, we will be providing luxe, clean, outhouse-style private showers and toilets for glampers. There is an attached powder room, with enough space for you to get changed and for the ladies to do their make-up. There will be hooks to hang your clothes and toiletries. No. Glamping will be a set price, whether you choose to stay 1 or 2 nights. The first 5 people/couples to book a glamping tent will automatically get a discount.
Absolutely. Please note however, that the venue is quite remote, so getting a taxi or uber home after the event will not be possible unless pre-organised.
Yes. There will external security provided for the reception to ensure everyones safety.
Yes. There is excellent phone reception at the venue with all the major telco carriers.
Absolutely. You are welcome to park onsite for the duration of the weekend.
Absolutely not. If you book a glamping tent, it will be pitched and ready for your arrival. When you arrive, you are able to kick-start your trip with comfort, style and ease. For check out, all you have to do is zip up your tent.
The bedding will be luxe! You will have a mattress, with mattress topper, and clean, quality linens. We want all our guests who choose to glamp to have a bit of adventure, without sacrificing any comfort.
Yes, all your linens (sheets, blankets, doona, pillows) will be provided if you book a glamping tent. Regardless of the temperature, we can promise you will be plenty warm enough!
The glamping is onsite! It is just steps from the homestead and reception venue, amongst the gardens on the private property.
We kindly request that any overnight glampers be packed up and headed offsite by 10am on Sunday 11th January.
In the afternoon - but we are flexible. This will be arranged directly with the bride and groom based on your requirements and travel situation.
Unfortunately not. There will be a portable light source provided, +/- fairy lights, but we recommend bringing a portable charger to charge your device overnight.
The sooner you decide, the better. Glamping bookings will close 4 weeks before the wedding.
No. All glamping must be pre-booked and pre-paid before the wedding weekend. There will not be any extras available.
The homestead accommodation will be exclusively reserved for the bride, groom and bridal party.
All the events will be onsite, with a maximum of 100 metres between each space. There are a variety of surface types including grass, gravel and some small stairs.
The venue is on a large, working farm. It is a private estate, with full privacy. We have reserved the estate for our private use for the whole weekend. We will be providing all your food, drinks, bathrooms, seating, and refreshments on both days. There are no available public services or shops nearby. There is however a tennis court and pool onsite that will be available for use on Saturday.
Due to its privacy, the venue has a generous curfew of 12:30am. We fully intend on partying the night away until then! However, please note that the shuttle bus will be leaving around 11-11:30pm to get guests back to Geelong at a reasonable hour.
Yes, this can definitely be arranged! Please just let us know in your RSVP if you would like to catch the bus there OR back to Geelong, so we can have accurate numbers for each direction. Please note that the shuttle bus will be leaving the wedding venue approximately 1-1.5 hrs prior to the conclusion of the event, to get guests back to Geelong at a reasonable hour.
Unfortunately we will only be providing free transport for guests to/from Geelong on the wedding day. For the recovery day, you will need to find your own transport to/from the venue, or alternatively stay on site for the best experience.
Unfortunately no pets are allowed on site.
No we don't allow this. The only people able to stay on site are those who are staying in the homestead, or have pre-booked glamping. There are two free campsites nearby town Inverleigh guests can stay at if they wish to travel in their own caravans/tents.
Upon arriving at the property, you will continue to drive approximately 5-10 minutes on a private dirt road. There is ample signage, so please follow the signs to the Homestead and then to the Parking area.
