It all started with "you have any cute friends?" Only to be followed by, "Are you free Monday night?" Who goes out on a Monday? After seeing some birds, petting stingrays, and spitting at alpacas, the course of fate had been set for eternity.

Ryan took Jessah to the Turtleback Zoo for the holiday Christmas lights, how did he already know how much she loved animals?! After walking all throughout the zoo on a cold December night it started getting warmer, the two were opening up and were instantly comfortable with each other. While walking through the barn, Jessah saw a few of her favorites, but one moment that was unforgettable to Ryan was when Jessah walked near the alpacas and pretended to spit back at them. From that moment on Ryan knew Jessah was the one. Afterwards, the two enjoyed a glass of wine and continued to get to know each other. The rest is history.

After a long stressful few days, and many plans falling through. Ryan finally had chosen when and where he was going to ask the most important question. Jessah's family was visiting from Las Vegas, and now was the time. He took Jessah and their puppy Humphrey to Grover Cleveland Park, while Jessah was chasing her niece and nephew Ryan waiting behind. Little did she know he was putting a special dog tag on Humphrey, there was no better way to ask then from the help of her dream dog. In a panic Jessah's sister said "you have to hurry back something is wrong with Humphrey!", nervously Jessah ran back towards Ryan and was asking what happened. She looked all around him and he seemed okay, at this time Ryan was wondering when she'd see the words "Will you marry me?" around Humphrey's neck. Once she noticed, Ryan was there on one knee with a ring in his hand. She was in SHOCK!
