Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have been allotted a block of limited discounted rooms at 3 nearby hotels which are listed on the "Travel" tab. Once the blocks are booked at each hotel, discounted rates will no longer be available. We are hosting welcome drinks at the DoubleTree on Friday night which is located just a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the Courtyard. The Sonesta is a 5 minute drive away. All hotels are 15-20 minutes away from the venue.

What is Summer Cocktail Attire?

Answer

Women may opt for midi to knee-length dresses, breezy full lengths, or polished coordinated sets. For men, suits are encouraged. The ceremony will be held on a grassy lawn, weather-permitting, and the reception will be outdoors under a tent with pavers.

How can I get to the venue?

Answer

Shuttle buses will be available to take to and from the venue. Details on shuttles are still being worked through and we will provide updates as they are arranged. There is a large parking lot on the property. To encourage a safe ride home, vehicles may be left there until 11:30 AM the following day.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We want all of our guests to be fully present and able to indulge in an evening of fun! This is an adults-only event.
