How do I RSVP and when should I RSVP by?

Answer

We have an RSVP tab on our website. If you know you can or cannot make our special day at this time, please RSVP within the tab. We will be providing a date in the coming months that RSVPs will need to be finalized by.

What time zone are events shown in?

Answer

All event times are shown in Eastern time with the Eastern & Central Time shown in the notes. Please be aware of the time zone you are staying in, as Michigan is EST whereas Chicago & Indiana is areas are Central time.

Do I get a plus-one?

Answer

We have included all plus one individuals on the invite. If you do not see a plus one, and your situation has changed, please reach out to us prior to bringing an additional guest.

Will there be transportation or parking at the venue?

Answer

Given the limited number of Ubers/taxi's in the area, we recommend one of the below transportation options: SHUTTLE We will have a shuttle that will brings guests to and from Williams Orchard. The shuttle will pick up and drop off from downtown New Buffalo (likely from Harbor Grande Hotel, but final pick up location to be confirmed). We highly recommend this option, as the roads are windy leading to the venue. If needing to drive to the shuttle, there are various parking options in the downtown New Buffalo area, just be aware of any street signs. We will share the two shuttle pick up times & various return times closer to the date, so please come back for final details! PARKING If you would prefer to drive, there will be parking available at Williams Orchard

What is garden party formal attire?

Answer

We encourage men to dress in lighter suits & ladies to wear colorful, flowy, long dresses. Our ceremony & cocktail hour is located in the orchard, which is fully grass, so please be thoughtful when choosing footwear. We've put together a Pinterest board below with some outfit inspiration! We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding & reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
