Where is the ceremony/reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the Stewart Manor Country Club. Their address is 51 Salisbury Ave, Garden City, NY 11530.

When are the RSVPs due?

Answer

We’d love to know if you can make it (we hope you can!). Please RSVP by October 1 using the RSVP card that came in the mail. You can also email us at MattJesWedding@Gmail.com.

What time should we be there?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m on October 26. We kindly ask guests to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to start mingling and grab a seat! Cocktail hour will begin at 7pm.

Will there be food and drinks served?

Answer

Oh yes there will! We will have a buffet of hors d'oeuvres, a full open bar, as well as a 3-course meal, wedding cake, and desserts! Our main mission is to make you stuffed! We will have plenty of vegetarian options. If you have further dietary restrictions, please let us know beforehand so we can make sure the venue can accommodate you!

Can I bring a date?

In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to e-mail us with any questions!

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We love your children but to allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we respectfully ask that no children under the age of 12 attend the reception. We hope you understand!

Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be taking place outdoors, with the exception of rain. The reception will be indoors!

What time is the reception scheduled to end?

Answer

The scheduled end time for the reception is 12am.

Will parking be available?

Answer

Yes, free valet parking is available at the reception venue.

Do you have a hotel room block?

Answer

Yes, we have a limited block of rooms available at the Garden City Hotel, which is about a 10 minute drive from the venue. Please make sure to enter our code ERL1026 for the discounted rate! You can book over the phone at 855-312-0497 or online. When selecting a room online, there’s a place up top where you can click “advanced search” and the drop down will say promo code. Change promo code to group code by clicking it and that’s where you will put in the code ERL1026. The cutoff date for these rooms are September 26.
