Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking and your seat. The ceremony will begin at 5:30 PM so plan to arrive by 5:00 PM. Once the ceremony begins, entrance will not be granted until the ceremony is completed.
If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked as "no." We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative that we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given. Thank you for your understanding.
We understand that life happens, and your presence will be missed! We ask that you contact either of us as soon as possible to notify us of the change.
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one they will appear when you RSVP.
While we love your little ones, this is strictly an adults-only occasion with an exception to those children in the wedding.
Good news—parking is free at the venue! If you're driving yourself or renting a car, valet service will be available to park your car on-site for you. So, no stress about finding a spot—just pull up, and the valet will take care of the rest.
The ceremony will take place outdoors, enjoying the beautiful Florida weather in March, with temperatures typically ranging from the low 70s to low 80s. The cocktail hour and reception will be indoors, offering a comfortable space to continue the celebration. We suggest bringing a light jacket just in case the evening cools down.
Dress to impress! We’d love to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day. The dress code is formal attire. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses. Gentlemen are asked to wear a suit and tie—no jeans, please!
YES! The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you. Please arrange transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking. We want all of our loved ones to make it home safely!
We encourage guests to take photos during the ceremony, however, we do ask that you be mindful of those around you as well as our professional photographers. We ask that you please refrain from entering the aisle during the ceremony and silence your phones.
While we would love to host a welcome party for everyone, we’ll be having a small, intimate rehearsal dinner for immediate family and the wedding party only. Following our wedding celebration, we would be delighted for you to join us for a relaxed beach gathering on Sunday, March 15th at South Beach in Miami. This informal event is open to all guests and will be a wonderful opportunity to continue the celebration in a laid-back setting. We plan to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather, good conversation, and the vibrant atmosphere of South Beach. Feel free to come and go as you please throughout the day. Kindly note that this is a casual, pay-your-own-way event—guests will be responsible for the cost of their own food and beverages. Can’t spot us on the beach? No worries — text us on the day and we’ll tell you exactly where we are. We look forward to seeing you there and continuing the festivities together!
