We’re keeping an eye on the weather. Everyday the weather radar keeps changing. For the most part, it looks like rain was in the radar for the wedding day, but has changed to no rain. Please hope & PRAY it doesn’t rain. No matter what the weather looks like that day, everything will still go as planned. We’re just going to manage the best way possible for everyone’s amenities.
The ceremony and reception are both taking place outside. Both are very beautiful locations that everyone will enjoy.
The ceremony is a Christian ceremony. Jose & Jesenia both believe in the Trinity: God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit. They’re both also going to marry through the State of Texas.
The ceremony will last approximately 40 minutes. Our guests can hangout, mingle, and enjoy the scenery the hill has up at Chapel Dulcinea. The chapel is rented until 5 p.m and everyone will have to be out of there at that time due to another ceremony taking place after 5 p.m.
The reception starts at 6 p.m and ends at 10 p.m. This all includes food, music, and dances. During this time, everything that’s planned for the reception, will all occur in a timely manner. Bride & groom have a strict timeline with their coordinator on how everything will take place at the reception. Food, bride/groom first dance, dances, music, etc. Only because time is shorter than other typical weddings.
The chapel to the ranch/outside venue is approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Guests may arrive to the ranch before 6 p.m to find their way and parking, but the ranch will not be ready until 6 p.m since that’ll be the start. Once arriving to the ranch, their workers will guide our guests on where to park and where to go towards the seating once the reception starts at 6 p.m. Please try to arrive at least 15 minutes before 6 p.m in order to find your way to the ranch. GPS will take you directly to the ranch, but may seem odd since it seems like it’s in the middle of no where.
Yes!! Please make sure to arrive at least 20 minutes before the start of the ceremony in order to find parking beforehand, and locate where to walk towards the chapel and then find seating. Guests will have to check in at one of the small buildings close to the chapel before walking towards chapel and it’s seating. Separate message will be sent with those instructions. ***The ceremony will start at 3:30 p.m sharp!!***
Yes. There will be benches close to the bride and groom for immediate family and there will be white chairs for all the guests.
Yes. There will be tables and chairs for the comfort of our guests.
We kindly ask our guests to please not take table centerpieces due to them needed to be returned due to us renting them instead of buying them. Thanks for understanding!
