Please RSVP by July 15th. After this date, we won’t be able to accommodate any extra guests as we will have already notified our vendors of our total guest count.
Does comfy shoes count? We just want our guests to have fun and be able to dance all night. The venue is a horse farm and our wedding party is wearing cowboy boots. Feel free to join us or wear whatever you like best!
If the weather is in our favor, the ceremony will be outside. If not, everything will be a large tent with air conditioning.
As much as we love your kiddos, we’re making this a grown-ups-only day! Take the night off, dress up, and come celebrate with us!
We wish we could invite everyone, but our guest list is limited. If your invitation says “and guest,” you’re welcome to bring one—otherwise, we’re looking forward to celebrating with just you!
Yes, there is on-site parking. Cars must be removed from the lot by 11:00am on Sunday, August 16th, should you need to leave your vehicle. For those who are staying at the AmericInn, transportation is taken care of for you (more info on the "travel" page).
We have hired a talented photographer to take care of this for everyone. We ask that you please keep your phones away and silenced during the ceremony so we can all be present. During the reception, pictures are fair game!

There is a small walk from the parking lot to the ceremony site and reception tent. For those who need it, there will be someone with a golf cart to help get people around the property. There are also restrooms inside that do not require you to use any stairs.
