FAQs

Question

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged” ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones and cameras are put away and turned to silent/off during the ceremony. We have hired a photographer to capture some of the most important moments of our lives and we’d hate to have a persons phone or camera blocking the moment for our photographer to capture. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you want and share them with us!

Question

Can I bring a date or plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guest that are included on your invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invitation by name.

Question

What if I don’t RSVP by the deadline?

Answer

If we do not receive an RSVP back from you by our May 31th deadline, you will be marked as “not attending”. The reason for this being that we must provide accurate guest counts to all of our vendors within a timely manner. If you’ve already RSVP’d attending but find that you will not make it, please contact Jerry or Shaina as soon as possible to update the count.

Question

Are there any colors we should avoid wearing?

Answer

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories and cream.

Question

How should I dress?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is formal attire. Ladies can wear floor-length to midi formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit and tie. No jeans please!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love the little ones. However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this event as a date night!
