Our love story began in the most unexpected yet perfect way—working together at our first job in the mall. What started as a friendship soon blossomed into something more when we went on our first date. That night, we tried a new burger spot, Freddy’s, and then caught a showing of Aquaman at the dollar theater. The evening ended with our first kiss, sealing the beginning of a beautiful journey together. Six years flew by, filled with love, adventures, travels, and growing into the best versions of ourselves. Then came a day I’ll never forget. Jerry planned a simple outing to Port Isabel, suggesting we take pictures at the lighthouse before dinner. I could tell something was different—he seemed nervous yet determined, but I decided to go along with his plans. As the sun set, painting the sky in beautiful hues, we were taking pictures when Jerry suddenly got down on one knee. In that magical moment, he asked the question I had dreamed of, and without hesitation, I said yes. It was the happiest day of my life—a moment that perfectly reflected the love, joy, and partnership we share.
