We love your kids—we really do. But we will be serving alcohol and enjoying our favorite spots in Shreveport that may not be kid-friendly. We want our wedding to be your night off so you can celebrate with us and enjoy the activities we have planned!
Casual to semi-casual. The groom and his party will be wearing dress shirts and jeans, so there is no need to come in formal clothing. Please just wear what you are comfortable in and we will be excited to see you!
There will be a limited open bar serving alcohol, sodas, and bottled water until a certain limit has been reached. We determined this limit by considering the number of guests and price of the drinks to ensure everyone can enjoy drinks on us. Once our limit is reached, additional drinks can be purchased by the guest at the bar. The venue accepts cash, credit, or debit.
Many of our guests (including the bride and groom) have different diet restrictions so we have decided to offer a buffet with a variety of food options rather than plated dinners. Food available will include seasonal fruit, a seafood platter, BBQ meatballs, catfish strips, and several sides. We hope that everyone can find a meal that they enjoy from the options we have chosen!
Yes, the venue has a full parking lot with a parking attendant that will be available on the night of the ceremony.
Please arrive no later than 5:00 p.m. as the ceremony will be starting at 5:15 p.m. By arriving early, this will give you time to park, sign our guestbook, and choose a seat prior to the ceremony's start.
Please RSVP by March 1st so that we can finalize details with our venue and ensure there will be enough seating and food for everyone.
