What gluten free food is available?

Answer

The chicken breast and ham are gluten free entree options. There will also be corn, cucumber salad, and fruit salad available in the buffet. For dessert, we are ordering chocolate and vanilla gluten free cupcakes that will be in a specific section of the dessert table.

Where should I book a hotel room?

Answer

There is a lot happening the weekend of June 20th, so the short answer is: anywhere! One option with some choices is the Comfort Inn on the NE side of Cedar Rapids (appx. 10 minute drive), but feel free to stay wherever you prefer!
