Weekend Lodging at The Private Guest Property
We’ll be reserving a private location near Austin that includes up to 7 rooms, accommodating around 20–22 guests from Friday, October 10 to Sunday, October 12. This is a cozy and convenient way to stay close to the weekend’s events and enjoy some extra time together! Cost: Shared Room: $150 per person Private Room: $300 per room Payment Schedule: Deposit: $50 non-refundable deposit due by July 15, 2025 Remaining Balance: Due by September 1, 2025 Important Note: Final lodging details will be shared after your room is paid in full or no later than August 15, 2025. **Rooms are first come, first serve—**so if you’re interested, please reach out ASAP to reserve your spot.

Flying In?
The nearest airport is Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS)—about 20–30 minutes from most central locations. We recommend arriving by Friday morning (Oct. 10) and departing Sunday evening (Oct. 12) for the full experience. Need to arrive early or stay an extra night? Let us know if you plan to come in on Thursday (Oct. 9) or leave on Monday (Oct. 13)—we may be able to help you with a discounted hotel rate nearby.
Travel Note
Driving In?
For those driving into Austin, we recommend arriving by early Friday afternoon (Oct. 10) to settle in before the evening welcome festivities. Plan to check out by Sunday late morning (Oct. 12)—but don’t worry, we’ll end the weekend on a high note.

If you're flying in, rest assured—navigating Austin will be easy and stress-free. While rental cars are available and convenient from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, they may not be necessary for this weekend. We’ll have an additional vehicle on hand for carpooling, and we’ll do our best to coordinate airport pick-ups and drop-offs for those who need it.
