We're getting married!

Charles and I met on Facebook, but little did we know we had an invisible string tying us to each other all along. His family were members at First Baptist Church of Freeport way before my dad became the pastor. Their pastor was Brother Hobby Bilderback. Brother Hobby still goes to our church and is like a grandfather to me. After Charles added me on Facebook, he messaged me, we had one conversation and…. I left him on read for a year. However during that year he called Bro. Hobby and asked for advice about where to go to church Bro. Hobby said “Come back to FBC Freeport and if your single we have a pastors daughter who is sweet and has a heart of gold.” Charles decided he was going to visit but before he did we got back in touch on Facebook. We started messaging each other, one thing led to another and we were on our first date, eventually he found out that I was the girl brother hobby was talking about. I was hesitant about him, but he fell in love on our second date according to him. We started officially dating December 15, 2022. We knew we were going to marry each other about 2 or 3 months into our relationship and he finally proposed to me on December 15, 2023. Now we are getting married on December 15, 2024. God has answered so many prayers between that first message and our present engagement. We can’t wait to see what else Jesus has in store for us and we would love for you to join us on our special day to start this journey of love.
